It's believed a small boat was used to transport a significant amount of cannabis
Three people accused of bringing a significant amount of drugs to the Island are expected to appear at Douglas Courthouse today (20 November).
Police arrested the group on Friday evening at Battery Pier.
It's thought a small boat was used to transport a significant amount of cannabis here.
Two men were detained on board the vessel and one further male was apprehended in a nearby car.
All three, who are all from the Island, have since been charged with serious drug related offences and are due to appear in court later.
A fourth male has also been arrested as part of a wider investigation and has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
