Two charities reach reciprocal agreement
Members of Manx National Heritage and the National Trust of Guernsey will be able to benefit from free entry to sites in both Crown Dependencies.
The two charities have reached an agreement ahead of the first flights between the two covid-free jurisdictions later this month.
Trust members from Guernsey will be able to visit eight sites here for free, including Cregneash, Rushen Abbey and Peel Castle.
Manx visitors to the channel island will be able to go to the Folk and Costume Museum at Saumarez Park, and the mid-19th-century Les Caches Farm.
It's hoped the arrangement will lead to a deeper relationship between the two countries, according to the director of Manx National Heritage, Edmund Southworth.
