38-year-old to be sentenced at Court of General Gaol Delivery
A Manchester man has admitted importing £60,000 of cocaine to the Isle of Man.
John James O’Neill, of Victoria Avenue in Blackley, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
The 38-year-old also admitted possessing half a kilogram of the Class A drug with intent to supply it and possession of £16,260 of criminal cash.
All of the offences were committed on Central Promenade in Douglas on 18 May.
O’Neill will be sentenced at the Court of General Gaol Delivery and will next appear there on 28 June; there was no application for bail and he was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.
