Reassurance from Diageo ahead of Christmas
A strike by workers at a Guinness canning factory in Belfast is not expected to affect supplies of the black stuff on the Island over Christmas.
The eight-day walk-out over pay is also affecting the Guinness packaging plant in Runcorn.
Guinness drinkers on the Island have been reassured by international drinks company Diageo that contingency plans put in place ahead of the walk-out will ensure no disruption to supplies over the festive period.
