TT legend's new TV series highlights to work done to protect the national park
TT legend Guy Martin says he'd love to be a warden on the Calf of Man.
The former motorbike racer spent a week on the Island as part of his new show, 'Proper Jobs'.
The series, on U & Dave, sees him take on a variety of roles that are said to involve hard graft and no end of skill.
The Calf of Man is a national park, and has no electricity or running water.
Its only human inhabitants are the four wardens who look after the animals, monitor the wildlife and protect the land.
Last night's episode (Sunday 2 February) saw Guy return to the Island for the first time since 2017:
Island's finances 'in a better position than most other jurisdictions'
Completion of assisted dying bill 'the most significant moment of 2025'
Keep dogs away from Garwick Beach for next few days
Cost of sending a letter on the Island to increase in January
New male red panda coming to the Curraghs Wildlife Park
