Operating Victorian-size harbours 'not without its challenges'.
The Island's Harbours Division is constantly looking at ways to improve our maritime interests.
That's according to the new director, who says operating Victorian-size harbours is 'not without its challenges'.
The division is in charge of all marine traffic coming in and out of Manx waters, as well as the necessary infrastructure.
