Claims momentum is building
A review of the Department of Infrastructure's harbours strategy, which was approved by Tynwald last year, would put off private sector investors.
That's the claim being made by Tim Baker MHK, who's the DoI's member with responsibility for ports.
Tynwald yesterday rejected a recommendation made by the Environment and Infrastructure Policy Review Committee that a strategic review of the Island's harbours be carried out.
Speaking to Manx Radio after the vote, Mr Baker said progress was starting to be made:
Pothole claims cost department thousands
Increase in scarlet fever on the Island
Government 'neglecting' heritage assets across the Island
Motiv8: 'We will never reach all the children on the Isle of Man'
House of Keys question paper dominated by one MHK
