John Quinn gives evidence to Tynwald committee
The Attorney General admits the court proceedings faced by his predecessor Stephen Harding took a terribly long time.
Mr Harding, who was acquitted after the juries in two criminal trials failed to reach a verdict, resigned on the grounds of ill health in 2016.
Giving evidence to the Constitutional and Legal Affairs and Justice Committee, John Quinn was asked if any changes could be made to the process involved in the proceedings:
