Service seeking retained corps
The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service is looking for people with grit and community spirit to join its cache of retained staff.
Applications are open now until Monday, 20 March.
Retained firefighters work part time - mainly on a standby basis - but carry out many of the duties of full-time officers.
Although the selection process is described as 'rigorous' and at times tough, anyone over 18 with basic qualifications is invited to apply.
You can find more details about the application process through the Fire & Rescue service portal at gov.im.
