Do you think the Department of Infrastructure charges too little - or even too much - for its building regulation fees?
If so, you have until April 3 to make your views known, following the launch of a public consultation on the matter.
The Department of Infrastructure wants to up its fees, saying they are far lower than other jurisdictions.
At the lower end, the proposals would, for example, see a £1 increase on the plan fee and a £4 increase on the inspection fee for a garage measuring up to 50 square metres.
However a £500,000 development would see a combined rise of £200 for the two fees.
