£50 million pot for business
A consultation on the proposed Enterprise Development Fund will close a week today.
It's seeking opinion on the setting up of a £50 million fund to provide grants, loans and equity investment to new start-ups on the Island and businesses wishing to relocate here.
The Department of Economic Development believes the setting up of the EDF would greatly assist the growth of the economy.
Minister Laurence Skelly says they want to hear from individuals as well as businesses:
