Noble's nurses facebook page pulled twice
Hospital staff should feel they can use official channels to speak up about issues - anonymously, if they wish to - and not resort to posting on social media.
That from Department of Health and Social Care Chief Executive Malcolm Couch.
His comments come after a Facebook page called "Noble's Hospital Isle of Man Exposed" was set up and removed twice.
It claimed to be set up by nurses, who said they were going to reveal the truth about what is happening at Noble's, citing problems with internal systems rather than patient care itself.
Malcolm Couch admits there are issues to be addressed, but efforts are being made to improve things:

Overnight sailings cancelled due to adverse weather
Rapist who 'terrorised' his victim told his sentence was 'entirely justified'
Complaints process for health system changed
Discovery of oiled birds 'makes a mockery of our biosphere status'
Charges now in place for those sending parcels to the EU
