Transformation director appointed to oversee implementation of 26 recommendations
The Health Minister says there needs to be quick progress on implementing the changes suggested in the Sir Jonathan Michael review.
The document, which made 26 recommendations to improve the Island's health service, was unanimously approved by Tynwald in May.
It was announced earlier this week that a new interim chief executive officer of the Department of Health and Social Care has been hired, along with a transformation director, who will join the Cabinet Office to work to bring in these changes.
