Over forty errors in 2014/15
There have been more than 200 pharmaceutical dispensing errors in the Island over the last five years.
Figures were revealed in a Tynwald question for written answer.
Health and Social Care Minister David Ashford was pressed on the issue by LibVan MHK Lawrie Hooper.
The data has been split into regions - north, south, east and west - however, the information may not be 100 per cent accurate as it is not law to report dispensation errors.
There were 211 reported in total since 2012-13, though, with more than half of those occurring in the north of the Island (113).
Forty-four of those errors were made in 2014-15 alone.
Seventy-eight dispesning errors were made in the east, 19 in the south, whilst just a single error was made in the west of the Island since 2012-13.
It's worth noting the number of pharmacies in each region varies - for example, there are 23 community pharmacies in total on the Island, with ten of those in the east.
