Health Minister David Anderson says one member of staff has left in the last year over inappropriate access to computer systems.
He revealed the information in response to a question for written answer from Speaker of the House of Keys Steve Rodan in Tynwald this week.
Mr Anderson said there was only one such incident over the past twelve months.
He said an investigation was launched but the person involved resigned, and there was no inappropriate information disclosure.
