Claims case studies aren't carbon copies with just names changed
Health Minister David Ashford is admitting the Island's integrated care vision has copied large sections of one produced for Wigan in 2014.
The revelation came to light during a session of the Public Accounts Committee on Wednesday afternoon.

Appearing were health chief executive Malcolm Couch and his deputy Michaela Morris who is credited as the main author of the document.
Much has been made of case studies and examples of residents, who despite having their names and addresses changed, share exactly the same stories as those in the Greater Manchester paper.
But Minister David Ashford says that's not correct.
