Crossroads Care is celebrating its 25th anniversary today with what's thought to be the biggest conference on caring the Island has ever seen.
It's entitled "Hear my voice" and is focussing on young carers who look after older relatives.
Crossroads runs a project giving young carers a break.
Shelley Christian from Crossroads Care says the conference is open to anyone, from parents and friends to carers and professionals.
She says it's a chance to hear what young carers go through.
The conference is at the Villa Marina Colonnade suite from 1.30pm.
