Charity overwhelmed by donations
An appeal to help a family who suffered abuse has prompted an 'overwhelming' display of public generosity.
Victim Support made the plea last week, when staff were made aware of two young children left without any clothing or toys after being forced from their home.
The charity has already received dozens of packages and donations - it's now on the lookout for household items, toiletries and non-perishable food donations.
Iyou want to help the appeal, you can contact Victim Support on 679950.
Donations should be brought in person to its headquarters on Albert Street in Douglas.
