Amber Weather Warning issued
Heavy rain is expected this afternoon with the Ronaldsway Met Office issuing an Amber Weather Warning.
It will be in place from 2pm until 7pm (Saturday, 27 September).
Between 15-30mm of rain is expected widely across the Island with 30-50mm on higher ground.
The amount falling over a relatively short period of time is expected to create difficult driving conditions with standing water developing on the roads as well as a risk of localised flooding.
The rain is expected to clear later this evening leaving the rest of the night mostly dry.
