Douglas coastguard call in flight from North Wales
A coastguard helicopter was called out overnight for an urgent medical transfer from Noble's Hospital.
It could be heard flying over the capital in the early hours of the morning.
Following a request from Noble's, Douglas Coastguard co-ordinated the operation with HM Coastguard teams in the UK.
Shortly after 2am the Helicopter - Rescue 936 - was sent from Caernarfon Airport, taking around 40 mins to arrive on the Island.
