App record attempt will showcase Island

The Manx ICT Association (MICTA) certainly hopes so.
Twitter's new app 'Periscope' allows people to broadcast live video to the rest of the world from a smartphone.
MICTA is encouraging Islanders to use the app between 10am and 1pm wherever they are on the Island, to showcase the Isle of Man on our national day.
The aim is to achieve the highest number of Periscope users at once in one country.
The app can be downloaded directly from Twitter.
