Misuse of social media cited
An Island high school is discouraging its students from bringing in their mobile phones.
Castle Rushen is restricting the use of the devices, citing 'increasing incidents of poor conduct' and a misuse of social media.
The limitations see key stage three students prohibited from using their phones at any time during the school day, including break and lunch times.
Education Minister Graham Cregeen says it's not up to him to measure if the new policy is a success or not.
