Chief Minister discusses Liverpool Ferry Terminal
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, when it comes to major projects such as the Liverpool Landing Stage.
The Chief Minister, Alfred Cannan, has been addressing concerns from callers on Manx Radio's Mannin Line this afternoon.
