Planning sought for Tynwald Mills venue
A seasonal ice rink is set to return to St John's this Christmas.
The owners of Tynwald Mills want to bring back the attraction for a fifth time, situated in a temporary marquee in the shopping centre's car park.
Last year thousands of residents, young and old, went skating there.
The rink would be open for four weeks, pending planning permission.
