Tech educationalist discusses pros and cons

An organisation that specialises in artificial intelligence has hopes businesses across the Isle of Man will embrace the technology.

ESkills IOM believes it could save sole traders and small setups a significant amount of time.

However, there are questions worldwide about how this would affect the jobs market.

Investment bank Goldman Sachs produced a report which predicts as many as 300-million jobs could be lost to automation.

ESkills IOM is holding a workshop for business owners to learn how they can use artificial intelligence in their day-to-day jobs.

The class is scheduled for 25 September at Tyred and Cranky Bike Service in Peel from 6.00pm with tickets priced at £25.
