Figure revealed in Keys answer
The temporary marquee, used to house the horse trams whilst their Strathallan home is rebuilt, cost £24,000.
The figure was revealed in a question for written answer from Clare Bettison MHK in the House of Keys.
In his response, Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer said the marquee was purchased second-hand, following financial guidelines from Treasury.
It was also added that it would have cost "in excess of £96,000" if purchased new, and that there are plans for future use of the marquee within government when the permanent horse tram depot is completed in February next year.
