Moves towards 'integrated care' from the charity
Hospice Isle of Man is renovating a number of its services to provide better 'integrated care' that stretches further.
It comes as the charity is redecorating and expanding rooms at the Hospice's base in Douglas.
It also hopes to bring its care to more people's homes.
