Campaign aims to support local palliative and end-of-life care
Hospice Isle of Man has announced the return of its Cakes for Care campaign, which will run during Hospice Care Week from 6 to 10 October.
Now in its second year, the initiative invites individuals, businesses, schools, and community groups to host cake-themed fundraisers such as coffee mornings, bake sales, and afternoon teas.
Last year’s campaign raised more than £8,700, with all funds staying on the Island to support the charity’s palliative and end-of-life care services.
Participants can sign up online to receive a free fundraising pack, including recipes, posters, bunting, and other resources to help plan their events.
