The main entrance to Noble's Hospital remains closed following a vehicle fire.
Police asked the public to avoid the area while the incident was dealt with, confirming there was no risk to the public.
Manx Care has thanked the emergency services for dealing with the fire, confirming no-one was harmed and the situation has now been resolved.
The front entrance is closed and a one-way system has been put in place for vehicles at the hospital, but patients and visitors can access the hospital via the Emergency Department.
