Noble's asking people not to attend 'unless absolutely necessary'
Unite Union spokesperson, Debbie Halsall, has warned that hospital staff are very tired and that "winter is coming".
Manx Care is asking people not to attend Noble's Hospital unless it's 'absolutely necessary'.
This, the organisation says, is because of high levels of demand on its emergency department right now.
There are claims that Nobles hospital staff are overstretched as the advice is given for people with minor emergencies to go to other medical centres if they can.
Ms Halsall says Government need to remember how NHS staff were applauded a year ago:

Overnight sailings cancelled due to adverse weather
Rapist who 'terrorised' his victim told his sentence was 'entirely justified'
Complaints process for health system changed
Discovery of oiled birds 'makes a mockery of our biosphere status'
