Energy, schools and animal welfare are among the questions
The House of Keys meets today (25 October) for the first time since the summer recess started.
One of the three bills down for second reading has provision to place distressed energy suppliers into a form of special administration.
The energy bill aims to modify UK energy related legislation.
Also, for second reading, the animal welfare bill – which failed during the last administration, but Minister Geoffrey Boot had withdrawn measures relating to mountain hares, but his slimmed down measures still failed to pass.
Six questions come from Jason Moorhouse, including:
- National insurance holidays for returning graduates
- Assistance for warm space initiatives
- Homestay popularity
- Traffic management in St Mark’s
Former minister David Ashford will ask about progress on restructuring the infrastructure department and toilet number per pupils in schools.
Joney Faragher will ask about school meals availability.
