Howard Quayle says new measures are 'set out in law'
Household 'team-ups' are not to be a 'free for all', but for those who live alone and lone parents and their children only.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle announced that specific bubbles will now be permitted after the lockdown has been extended until 6 April.
He says for the majority of people it signals no change, but offers additional support to those who might be struggling.
Mr Quayle has since confirmed that these measures are very specific and are set out in law.
