Improving the rights of tenants and ending the housing crisis is 'absolutely essential' in maintaining the health of the Island's economy.
That's according to the Manx Tenants Union - a new pressure group looking to protect renters - who believe tenants have a right to adequate housing.
It's after they've been contacted by people seeking advice on how to communicate better with their landlords.
