How can more women be attracted to Manx parliament?

Dr Helen Pankhurst, the great-granddaughter of Emmeline Pankhurst, works in international development and is a noted campaigner herself.
She has been speaking to Manx Radio about her family's links to the Isle of Man, and the dearth of women in Tynwald.
Dr Pankhurst feels it's a shame, particularly given its status as the oldest continuous parliament in the world, and explains how she thinks changes can be made:
You can hear more from Dr Helen Pankhurst on Women Today, this afternoon (Monday) from 2pm.
