With social distancing guidelines now being implemented, and many self-isolating, lots of people's routines have completely changed.
That's a more difficult prospect for some than it is for others.
Carole Williams says she's known by many children across the Island as "the autism lady," through her work in schools with those who have the developmental disorder.
She has some advice for parents of autistic children, having to adapt routines and keep them entertained at home each day:
