Chief minister recovering at home following stroke last week
The chief minister has been discharged from Noble's Hospital.
Howard Quayle was admitted on Friday following a stroke.
Government says he remains in contact with ministers and senior officials.
Mr Quayle has thanked the 'highly professional' medical staff for the care he received and added: "The past few days have been a challenging time for me and my family. We feel fortunate that I’ve been able to return home so quickly."
The Manx Stroke Foundation has praised his colleagues who spotted the signs early.
