Dandara applies for 181 house development in Lezayre
There are plans for more than 180 new homes for the north of the Island.
Dandara has submitted an application for the development across the boundary of Ramsey and Lezayre, split by the former railway line.
If approved, the total of 181 properties would be built on 31 hectares of agricultural land.
There looks to be a mixture of detached and semi-detached homes as well as apartments, which the company says will include affordable housing.
