The Mountain road has been closed from the Hairpin to the Creg ny Baa until further notice.

There were a series of accidents first thing this morning, in Santon, Malew and Maughold.
One person was injured when a car span off the Ballamodha Straight, and the scene had to be cleared by sweepers.
Gritters have been out, but there are stretches of black ice around the Island, so the advice is to take extra care.
