Karran calls for more scrutiny of it
An MHK says he’s not opposed to the Manx government’s digital strategy – despite voting against it in Tynwald on Tuesday.
Peter Karran and LibVann colleague Kate Beecroft were the only members to vote against the initiative, saying it needed proper scrutiny before gaining Tynwald support.
However, Mr Karran insists his move was not to halt the strategy – designed to improve online services - but to ensure better fiscal management of it.
