Education and health among areas impacted says advocate

An immigration expert believes government didn't factor in the cost of supporting the families of worker migrants coming to the Island.

Maria Bridson, an advocate specialising in immigration, has been discussing the challenges of the Island's visa system at a public meeting organised by the Positive Action Group.

Worker migrants can bring dependants to the Island, such as children.

She says education is one area that this has had an impact:
