1.7% pay rise for public servants
More than 900 government employees are now earning upwards of £50,000 per year.
The figures were revealed via a written submission in the House of Keys from Onchan MHK Rob Callister this week.
It also shows an increase in the number of public sector workers on contracts of £100,000 and above.
Median earnings for Isle of Man residents are just shy of £28,000 per year.
Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas says the increases are largely down to a 1.7% pay rise awarded to all public servants this year.
