Those fishing without a licence risk fine of up to £2,000
Make sure you have the correct licence before fishing recreationally for crabs and lobsters.
That's the reminder from the Island's fishing authority following an increase in the number of unmarked pots being seized.
So far this year, 10 unlicensed pots have been discovered by enforcement officers from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
All pots must be attached to a float and labelled with the owner's licence number.
Those caught fishing without a licence risk a fine of up to £2,000.
