180 transactions through the month
November was a busy month for the Island's property market.
Transactions published on the Manx Property Prices website totalled 180 - 79 more than the previous month.
The average price per property sold stood at £339,684 - around £6,000 higher than the October figure.
Whilst not a true barometer of the state of the market the figures suggest that, despite a slowdown over recent months, there's still significant activity.
The figures relate to properties priced between £100,000 and £1 million.
The total figure transacted stood at more than £60 million compared with £37.7 million in October.
The months of December, January and February are traditionally the slowest in the property market.
