Thirty-five-year-old to appear in court again
A Douglas man will appear in court again later this month over charges of indecent assault and possessing drugs.
Thirty-five-year-old Nicholas Derek Jones, of Selborne Road, was due to appear before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
However defence advocate Laurence Vaughan-Williams told the bench his client had suddenly fallen ill and left the court building just before the hearing.
Magistrates bailed Mr Jones to appear in court again on 20 May.
