
Ratepayers in Onchan will have to wait at least until the end of this week to find out what their local authority thinks of plans to merge its housing into a regional board.
Last night, commissioners discussed the plan when they met in Willow House – but decided not to make their views public until they meet Social Care Minister Chris Robertshaw on Thursday.
They’ll debate the matter again next Monday – just one day before Tynwald debates Mr Robertshaw’s recommendations at its November sitting.
