Continuing to survive as an independent trader on Island is about 'boxing clever' in the current financial climate.
That's according to one retailer as the Island prepares for the busy festive season.
Lee Watson is the co-owner of Extreme Arts and Gadgets on Duke Street in Douglas.
He told Manx Radio being willing to move with the times - particularly around technology - has been important:
