Workers must observe social distancing where possible
Indoor construction will be able to resume from Monday, 12 April.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle made the announcement at this afternoon's media conference:
Hardware stores will also be allowed to reopen from Monday, as long as people socially distance and face coverings are strongly advised.
However no change has been made yet to non-essential retailers.
Estate agents and surveyors can also go back into properties, as long as they're vacant and social distancing is observed.
Rules remain the same for outdoor gatherings, of up to a maximum of ten people.
