Slight rise in RPI
Inflation in the Isle of Man rose slightly last month.
Whilst the Consumer Prices Index is still in negative territory at -0.2% for the third successive month, the Retail Prices Index increased by 0.1%.
It means the RPI now stands at 3.9% opposed to 3.8% back in May.
Government figures show it's been a bad year if you drink tea - which has risen by 10 per cent - but a good year if you eat bacon which has gone down in price by 11.9 per cent.
