Service removed last year because it wasn't 'financially viable'
It's the infrastructure minister's intention to reinstate a bus service to Cregneash and the Sound.
It's after Arbory and Rushen Parish Commissioners said it was 'deeply disappointed' the number 28 service had been 'permanently withdrawn'.
