Thomas encourages customers to know their rights
The infrastructure minister says he's 'hugely disappointed' after Flybe cancelled its winter flights to and from the Island.
He is also encouraging customers affected by the cancellations to know their rights and visit the Flybe website for information on requesting a refund.
Chris Thomas said while the Isle of Man Airport appreciates the operational difficulties he shares the frustration of customers impacted by this - particularly over the Christmas period.
He added: "Fortunately the routes are also serviced by other airlines with Loganair providing flights to Heathrow and EasyJet to Belfast International.
"Isle of Man Airport is committed to improving the Islands connectivity and are actively engaged in discussions with airlines on possible new routes."
He is also encouraging customers affected by the cancellation to know their rights, and visit the Flybe website for more information including requesting a refund.
